Component Video is now the state of the art connection. It uses three separate video connections (not including audio). Component Video offers the same kind of performance jump over S-Video as S-Video offered over composite.

More and more DVD players and televisions are coming standard with this connection and it is even found in the new wave of gaming consoles like the Playstation 2.

Following the Monster Cable tradition we offer three levels of Component Video connection, standard, Video 2 and Video 3. The Imaging Science foundation demands stringent standards be met for cable certification. All Monster Video 3 cables not only meets ISF standards but exceeds them.
